Jeff arrived At Liberty nursing centers of Mansfield from an acute care hospital with an L toe, amputated heel touch, weight-bearing surgical shoe on ambulation under 100 RWSU tolerance and stand under five minutes due to WB status with monitoring skin checks to do to decrease another risk of infection Jeff is now able to ambulate up to 1000 RW independent on all services and stand 10 minutes unsupported Jeff discharged from liberty to independent living after six years of trying to reach his goal way to go, Jeff

This gentleman was admitted to Liberty with heel ulcers on January 29,2024. Our rehab team worked with him to correct his gait. It wasn't long before he was able to walk 500 feet with a walker. The team also did stair training with him. He was discharged to go home on March 4, 2024.

This sweet 102 year old lady got a congratulations certificate from the State of Ohio.
