We held our Halloween bash on 10/22/22 and it was wonderful. We painted pumpkins with our family and friends.

A Big welcome to Julie Klein “I have a BS in Gerontology from BSGU and my post Executive Education from Fisher College of Business at OSU. I have dedicated my life to working in this industry and I am very excited to be apart of the amazing team of staff and residents here at Liberty! I have one daughter, Mallory. She is a sophomore in college, who plays D1 women’s hockey at Quinnipiac University in Connecticut. My life partner Justin and I live in Celina and love to travel to watch Mallory play hockey, go to Bengal games, boating and taking vacations to the Beach. We enjoy spending time with family and friends any chance we get! Thanks for making me feel so welcome and looking forward to Great things! “

Today, our AL residents had a special painting activity. They painted these beautiful pumpkins for their door. They had a lot of fun and can't wait for the next special project.

We celebrated all the national fun holidays this week. National honey buns day, National chocolate milk shake day, National crème filled donut day, National cinnamon raisin bread, and just for fun we made Apple cider floats!

The Budweiser Clydesdale were in Lima for the first time, so of course we had to take a group of residents over to see them. We did not realize that they are HUGE!! One resident asked how much is one worth and they said about 60,000. The resident truly enjoyed seeing them.

"I think it was really important for the residents and the community to see that we take pride in our facility and we take pride in America and the American flag. Just everything that goes on here, so I think it was really really important for our residents to go to experience that. . .

The second group of resident at the fair had the chance to enjoy a dog show that aired on "America's Got Talent" season 12. We enjoyed steak sandwiches, onion blooms, vinegar fries and of course fried oreos!!

Our first group of resident really enjoyed seeing the 4H animals and crafts. Of course, the food was the best part. They had loaded fries, corn dogs, elephant ears, funnel cakes and cotton candy.

Our residents went to the creamery and it is always a good time. They enjoy the huge serving and the cheap prices.

Our Admission and Marketing Director Christina and our Social Worker Megan went into the community to do some outreach. There were many amazing vendors there and they had the chance to talk to so many wonderful people about our many resources here at Liberty Nursing Centers of Lima.
