Merry Christmas Eve! Our resident enjoyed a cup of crockpot hot chocolate and a yummy sugar cookie. We wish you a very Merry Christmas!

Our residents enjoying spending time listening to Christmas music and decorating some ornaments this week.

May your Christmas be filled with love and laughter! Ours definitely was this morning. Santa came for a visit and passed out a gift to each of the residents. The looks on our resident's faces while opening up their presents was priceless. They enjoyed a yummy meal of scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffles and fruit salad. It was a wonderful Saturday!!

We have been hard at work over the last few weeks! A couple of our resident participated in the canvas painting for the month. They saw the picture of Santa's belt and copied it and created their own version of it.

We took our Assisted Living Residents to see lights at Allen County Fairground and the neighborhood of Laurel Oaks. They really enjoyed it. We spent the evening talking about where they lived and how they used to decorate their houses for Christmas. They couldn't believe how many people had blow up decorations in their yards and how big they were.

Our residents enjoyed a Peppermint Mocha Latte. Each month, we try a new favor latte. Our residents really enjoyed this one! They can’t wait to try the secret flavor for next month.

This week, we worked at getting all 9 trees fluffed, new lights and new ornament. We can't wait for you see them in person. We are hosting breakfast with Santa on December 18 at 10:00 more details will be released this week.

Help us welcome our new Administrator West Powell III. West comes to us from the Columbus market. He has been in healthcare since 2013 and has over 25 years of management experience. He like movies, playing with his 2 dogs and fixing computers and cell phones.

Liberty Retirement Community of Lima is now providing in-house dialysis treatment so that our residents can get their treatments 5 days per week. No traveling to another location and taking the entire day. And no risk of outside exposure to the pandemic.
