Parker Hawkins is a members of our therapy team here at Liberty Nursing Center of Mansfield. He always has a contagious smile and kind heart. To everyone's surprise we have found out that Parker has a passion for beekeeping. He is the proud owner of two hives. This year was very successful and he was able to harvest three gallons of pure raw honey!
He is planning an event next year to bring his bees and hives in to educate our community. Thank you Parker for sharing your successful harvest with the staff, it was very delicious!
