The art of adult coloring has taken our community by storm thanks to this lovely lady. She creates beautiful pages by choosing her colors and blending them together with colored pencils like a true artist that uses brushes and paint. She tells us her art provides two purposes. It gives her a feeling of calmness and a sense of happiness when she shares her work with others. Those of us who are lucky enough to receive one of her pages hang it up right so everyone can enjoy!
All dressed up and somewhere to go. One of our wonderful ladies makes her way down to the activity office every Tuesday morning to do a little shopping at the community store. She visits for awhile sharing the hot topic of the day and a little gossip. After reminiscing about how life use to be and the way it is today, she heads back home to enjoy her snacks. .

These traditions included decorating cookies, homemade ornaments to decorate the tree, receiving and giving gifts, ugly sweater contest and our most loved, the community Christmas party. Our Christmas party is the favorite because of the many appetizers, including shrimp everyone's favorite! Also. we look forward to the appearance of Mrs. clause as well as our talented staff singing some of our holiday favorites. Everyone participated and had fun making wonderful memories!

Some Christmas elves form Richland County Clerk of Courts Title Department brought Christmas to Liberty. With the funds from their dress down Friday, they chose to grant our wish! We now have a 70 inch smart television that has already brought hours of enjoyment! We have taken a virtual trip to Bethlehem, had trivia games and games recognizing famous faces. We can now enjoy Sunday church services again as they are now streamed in by local church's on our new TV. It has also alowed us to listen to hours of our favorite Christmas songs. With a humble heart, we want to thank these kind employees that brought this joy to our community.
Maliyah at the young age of 21 decided to become CNA and caregiver. She joined our team here at Liberty back in April. At that time many challenges were just beginning to taking place. Maliyah embraced the new learning experience. She is always full of kindness and compassion. We see here as a young super hero with a beautiful smile under that mask!
