Josephine Washington and her daughter Cindy Baker return from the Homecoming Celebration at their church last Sunday. Ms. Josephine rarely misses a special occasion at church and enjoys the opportunity to dress for the occasions.
On one of the last sunny, warm days of summer many of our residents took a picnic lunch and went to Kingwood Center. We toured the gardens and greenhouses. The day brought bright smiles to everyone. Even the staff, who went to help out, enjoyed their time at the Kingwood Center.
Our maintenance team member Tim points out the demolition done in the dishwashing room off the kitchen. He explained that the room is getting a facelift with new flooring, wall treatments, technical work, and more. Thank you to all our maintenance crew for your hard work on this and all the other projects.
